SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We do not deliver to all countries. For a list of countries where delivery is unavailable, pleasecontact info@attaralhas.com. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply in thedestination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Attar Al Has cannot estimatethese fees in advance.
We deliver products according to the delivery option selected by the customer. Working daysexclude weekends and public holidays. While we aim to deliver within 3-8 working daysfrom the date of purchase, we cannot guarantee these timeframes.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided theitems are returned in their original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact. Returns are not accepted if labels or packaging are removed or damaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Attar Al Has will not compensate for items lost duringreturn shipping. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returnedproduct, and any duties or taxes will not be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items may be exchanged for the same product orrefunded within 14 days of receipt.
